If you haven't already tried these, here it is! Warm up your winter (or summer) with these delicious chicken fajitas. They are guaranteed to spice up your taste buds and keep you cozy. You're welcome :)

Ingredients: (makes 2 servings)
1/2 onion, sliced
1 tsp garlic, crushed
1 cup mixed peppers, sliced
2 chicken breasts (skinless), sliced
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic, crushed
½ cup plain yogurt (low fat)
½ avocado, mashed
1 tsp lemon juice
2 Tortillas
2 tsp olive oil
Method:
1. Heat oil (1tsp) in a frying pan/ wok. Add onions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add mixed peppers and cook until soft. Remove from heat and place in a bowl.
2. In a mixing bowl combine the rest of olive oil (1 tsp) sliced chicken, spices and lemon juice. Once all chicken is coated, add to the frying pan and cook.
3. Once chicken is cooked, add the veg mixture back into the pan and combine. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Place your tortilla on a plate and spread yogurt and guacamole. Top with chicken and veg mixture. Enjoy!
Tip: if you enjoy spicy, top your tortilla with sliced jalapeños for extra deliciousness!
