Tuna Buddha Bowl


In a world where busy schedules often push us towards quick and less-than-healthy meal choices, this Buddha Bowl provides a well-balanced, quick and easy meal to make. It is packed with colourful vegetables, protein-rich tuna, and couscous as the base. My goal is to empower you to make mindful choices so that you can become your healthiest and happiest self!



Ingredients:

  • Couscous

  • Cucumber, diced

  • Tomato, diced

  • Snap peas, chopped

  • Tuna

  • Avocado, sliced


For the dressing:

  • Hummus

  • Yogurt

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper


Method:


  1. Cook couscous according to instructions on packet.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.

  3. Place couscous in a serving bowl, top with salad ingredients and pour dressing over.

  4. Enjoy!
