Ingredients:
Couscous
Cucumber, diced
Tomato, diced
Snap peas, chopped
Tuna
Avocado, sliced
For the dressing:
Hummus
Yogurt
Lemon juice
Salt & pepper
Method:
Cook couscous according to instructions on packet.
In a separate bowl, combine the dressing ingredients.
Place couscous in a serving bowl, top with salad ingredients and pour dressing over.
